Capt(ive) Circu[it]s invites participants into a phantasmagoric environment where the conventional divides between audience/performer, digital/physical, reality/simulation are continuously upended. Concealed behind a two-way mirror wall, captured recordings are cast into a digital landscape of morphing projections. Sporadically obscured by mirrored labyrinths of deceptive escape, this playful spectacle of accumulative interaction cunningly unmasks the unsettling virtual circus of our collective capture.
