Wellness Series: Meditation

Join the BMO stackt team, and Dani Eve a certified, yoga, reiki, meditation teacher, and cofounder of Ebb & Flow Movement Inc, workplace wellness facilitators, for the 2nd edition of our wellness series!

In this workshop we cover some of the science of stress and discuss and practice several mindfulness meditation techniques designed to help manage stress to a healthy level and prevent burnout. This workshop is for everyone, no matter your previous knowledge of meditation and mindfulness.
