ON A ROLL: Pasta Rolling Class

Create three different kinds of traditional pastas: pappardelle, tortellini, and stuffed ravioli and learn complimentary red and white wine pairings with tasting. 19+

The course will cover making two types of Italian pasta dough from scratch: a very traditional, semolina and water dough for the hand-formed ravioli & tortellini, and a rich, golden egg dough for the pappardelle. Students will learn how to measure, mix and knead the dough, as well as how to use a pasta machine and form pastas in a variety of shapes.

The class includes the making of sauces to create two complete dishes; mushroom duxelle tortellini in a cream sauce and cherry tomato pappardelle, both will be enjoyed with accompanying red and white wine pairings.
