Baby + Me Fitness
Bring your baby with you as you stretch, strengthen and find a community of other parents with new babies. These classes help caregivers find the balance between taking care of themselves and taking care of their babies, while incorporating physical activity into their lifestyle.
Each week will be something different:
November 7 - Yoga
November 14 - HIIT
November 21 - Pilates
November 28 - Barre Fusion
December 5 - Yogalates
December 12 - Stretch & Restore
Please note that you are welcome to come without baby!
