Seasons of Care

Seasons of Care is a design workshop exploring how health and care is experienced, shared, and sustained beyond the clinic.

Through guided conversation, creative reflection, and rituals, participants are invited to reflect on their experiences of care — including where systems fall short and where community steps in. The project brings together lived experience, professional practice, and community wisdom to explore care as something relational, evolving, and shaped together over time.

Rooted in themes of seasonality, connection, and collective responsibility, Seasons of Care offers an intimate space for reflection, dialogue, and imagining more compassionate approaches to health and wellbeing.
