We will teach you techniques for preparing, measuring, cooking and preserving mixed berry and marmalades jam. You will leave with:
*4, 250ml or 8 125ml jars of jam
* Instructions for making 2 different types of jam at home
We will make marmalade and mixed berry jam during the 2 hour workshop.
