Your heart's racing, your palms are sweaty...you're nervous and maybe a little excited. But also apprehensive because you've never done this before. "Where do I even start?" you wonder.

SAD, Feelosophy and Shift have teamed up to help you find a therapist. It might take some time, but you'll learn more about the process and your options -- walking away feeling less alone and empowered.
3 TICKET OPTIONS
1. Speed Dating for a Therapist 5:00-5:45pm time slot | Cycle through 5 different qualified therapists, who are diverse in their expertise and offerings. Spend 5-7 minutes with each therapist, before moving onto the next. This is a time to discover and chat with a multifaceted group of therapists. Only 5 people per session. Please Pay What You Can, suggested donation is $30.
2. Speed Dating for a Therapist 6:00-6:45pm time slot | Cycle through 5 different qualified therapists, who are diverse in their expertise and offerings. Spend 5-7 minutes with each therapist, before moving onto the next. This is a time to discover and chat with a multifaceted group of therapists. Only 5 people per session. Please Pay What You Can, suggested donation is $30.

We strive to be a safe space for emotional expression and hope to become a catalyst for conversation, with the goal of bringing mental health to the forefront of social consciousness.
The Feelosophy: We offer small, intimate, restorative yoga classes and mix in safe, supportive hands-on touch to help you become more connected with your body and to create a space for communities to gather and talk about touch.
Shift Collab: We believe therapy should feel simple, actionable, and collaborative. With us, you're matched with a relatable therapist that gets you. Sessions can be in our beautiful space in Toronto, virtually, or a mix of both.
